We require all of our raiding members to be running the most recent version of the EPGP addon available from Curse Gaming. This will allow tracking of priority without the need for a web based tracker. It also will show item GP values inside the in game tooltip so everyone will know what item costs are.
All T7 content and Wintergrasp bosses are open for PUG and therefore will not be ran on the main raid schedule. As a result there will be no EP values assigned to these bosses.
| EP Rewards | |
| T7 and Wintergrasp | 0 |

Tribute run rewards will be determined at a later date.
For progression nights EP will be awarded at 25% of the boss kill amount per attempt. This only applies for every attempt that is an improvement over the previous best attempt. What constitutes improvement is at the discretion of the officers. A first attempt of any boss rewards 25% EP only if the boss is taken to below 50% health. First kills of any listed boss are double the above values of EP.
If a raid, by sheer brilliance and perfection, kills a boss for the first time on the first pull ever, a 4x bonus will be given for the amazing feat. READ THOSE STRATS!!
The current rewards are:
| EP Value |
Reason |
Requirements |
| 500 | Show up to raid on time |
You must be in the raid, on location, ready to pull at the start of the raid. |
| 500 | Stay the entire duration of the raid |
You must be on time to the raid to qualify for this reward. You also need to stay in the raid group, ready to participate. AFK's/DC's > 10 min will disqualify you as well. |
| EP Value |
Reason |
Requirements |
| -250 | AFK for >10 minutes without notice |
This penalty will be assessed if you go AFK while in a raid for more than 10 minutes without notifying an officer in game or on vent. If you are offline, this MAY be waived due to internet problems, etc. |
| -750 | Per 15 minutes additional AFK until timed out of raid |
This penalty will be assessed if the raid is forced to halt due to needing you to timeout due to AFK in the instance. Once again, if you are offline, this MAY be waived. |
| -5000 | Voluntarily leaving a raid before completion without notice. | Call it an Emo penalty. We expect people to be adults and play through their personal issues. Bailing on a raid is not tolerated. Emergencies can be discusses and corrected. |
| -10000 | Not running the most updated versions of the required addons | This will be assessed at raid start and will be on a per addon basis. |
EP and GP will decay at 10% per raid at the start of every raid. GP has a floor to prevent huge skewing of the priorities values. The lowest GP anyone can have is 333. In order to receive loot, you need to maintain a 5000 EP value, which isn't that hard, even for new members. All guild members will decay, whether or not they are in the raid. This serves to keep hoaring in check, and also keeps those that don't take any loot from constantly gaining ground in priority.
Again, you must have an EP value greater than or equal to 5000 in order to receive any loot.
Priority in EPGP, in a simple way, is taking points you earned through your efforts (EP) and dividing them by the value of the loot you have already received (GP). If you get lots of loot, your priority goes down, as your GP will be higher. If you participate in every raid, your priority goes up, as your EP will be higher. If you do both things, your priority will stay largely the same. Unless your GP is at the floor, decay will have ZERO IMPACT on your priority as both EP and GP decay at 10%. Since the priority is calculated as a quotient, taking 10% off both values means priority does not change due to decay. Let's see what happens with some actual numbers
| EP | GP | Priority | |
| 10000 | 5000 | 10000 / 5000 = 2.0 | Starting values |
| 9000 | 4500 | 9000 / 4500 = 2.0 | Raid started, decay happens, priority is the same! |
| 11000 | 4500 | 11000 / 4500 = 2.4 | Void Reaver Dies, 2000 EP is added, priority goes up! |
| 11000 | 4879 | 11000 / 4879 = 2.2 | You get [Void Reaver Greaves]
, 379 GP is added, priority goes down! |
That's it in a nutshell! Your EP and GP increase based on effort and gear, decay 10% every raid to prevent inflation, and the loot goes to the person that 1) wants it and 2) has the highest priority. Alts and off-spec loot are covered in more detail in the alts section below.
You can learn more about EPGP at your local library, or here: http://code.google.com/p/epgp/wiki/WhatIsEPGP_v2
All bids for loot will be done using the EPGPLoot2 addon. Failure to have the most current version of the addon will forfit your right to loot. Make sure you check for updates before every raid.
The main with the highest priority will receive the item, if the item is used for their primary raid role. If there is a tie it will be settled by a /roll off. The item will be available for 10% of the normal GP value for off-spec/alt use at this point. If nobody wants an item it will be DE'd.
As we are in a brand spanking new loot environment with consolidated stats, a bit of clarification is felt to be in order regarding loot and EPGP.
1. Ranged weapons are given to hunters first.
2. Melee weapons go to melee DPS first.
3. Mp5 gear will be given to healers first.
4. Gear with hit will be given to DPS caster classes over healers.
This is to ensure that items go to the place where they will benefit the guild the most. Any other issues that crop up will be dealt with by the officers. The officers decision is final.
Additionally, if you are special and can wear mutliple armor types, congratulations, you can bid on any item you can wear, BUT priority goes to the classes with greater restrictions, with the added benefit that if it does default to you, you get a whopping 10% epgp reduction off of it.
TLDR Version: You can bid on lesser armor types but the usual off spec rules apply.
Items from tabs 2-4 of the guild bank are free and open to all raiders. They will remain free as long as we are also recieving donations from our raiders. The guild bank is considered to be a communal effort.
Since we expect serious growth, we will commonly have more raiders than we need. If you are in the raid, you will earn 100% of the points the raid earns, regardless of if you are sitting or not. If you are not in the raid, but online, the EPGP addon will announce in guild chat when and who to whisper for your bonuses. So, you may be on an alt that is not in the raid, and still recieve EP, but your alt must be in Free at Last. You must be ready to swap over as soon as you are needed in the raid, failure to be able to raid when called upon will result in a forfiture of all bonuses for the rest of the night.
